I still have not received the second half of my order and haven't heard anything regarding this shippment. The first shipment came promptly, however.

The order tracking service did not work. I have given a number in an email from WWBW but after repeated attempts it never worked.

tracking info non-existent with USPS, they claimed tracking number didn't exist! You should use UPS!

1) UPS destroyed the box. Package was later delivered in a huge over-sized box. 2) Prod desc. should mention which horns the case will fit. Most can be specified as Selmer, Keilwerth, Yamaha, Yanagisawa and imitations of the before-mentioned brands
