I was disappointed that the connectors did not match the original equipment and that you do not carry a replacement connector as this issue has been raised many times with your support group.

I have NOT had the opportunity to try this on wood, but the splitter was delivered within 5 days of order & put together VERY easily.

The product is fine, except the cord was so tightly coiled that it will require time and effort to get it straight and keep it straight.The big issue for me was the 10 days between order placement and order delivery. In this day of web commerce,...
