These were the most painful shoes I have ever had the misfortune of trying on. I could hardly stand in them, I did not want to try to walk in them.

It is inconvenient to have to call in to verbally authorize my purchase, what's the point of being able to do an online purchase if I have to call in anyway? It really left me with a "bad taste in my mouth" for Torrid.

Product did not fit but am unable to return as it was a clearance sale. I was aware of this condition at time of purchase but am disappointed at range of difference in fit of items.

You have a really nice selection of clothes. You could do a lot better on your website -- there are too many issues.
