Some of the products I orders are great, I have phoned & emailed and not got a reply to my voice or email. I got the order, However, the entire shipment was not there

I was a bit disappointed that it took so many days for my item to ship (ordered 10/9, shipped 10/15). And while personally it's not a big deal to me, my plugs being stapled to a crumpled up invoice stuffed into a mailer was just poor presentation.
