The software purchasing experience on ordering and receiving was great. The big problem came in when I asked for the free tech support. The guy started ranting and talking about how slow my computer was and it needed immediate attention to the...

Overall, all expectations were met. Only minor issue was out of stock - back order, which I was notified about. Even with that, product reached me in acceptable time period.
