Took way too long to ship, debited my credit twice, called company a few times finally got it straight, although left message on managers voice mail, he never called me back.

i have not used the product. i have not run out of ink yet on my current cartridge, but it is low. i ordered this in avdance so i have it when i need it.

I was disappointed by the VERY late delivery. The simple products ordered Nov. 4 didn't arrive until yesterday, Nov. 19.

I am satisfied with my purchase. I want to make sure that the ink has the lifetime that was stated. The product arrived in time, but next time I would definitely use another carrier. One week is too long for ink just because the shipping was free.
