i ordered the item on a tuesday.on a thurs and friday i find out that the item will ship soon.as of the following monday still no tracking number. i call again to find out the item has yet to ship.finally i have to pay more to get it shipped.

After placing my order online, a salesperson contacted me, and told me that the memory card offered in your upgrade package wasn't fast enough for the camera that I ordered even though it said in the text High Speed. He sold me an upgraded memory...

My order was held up. I got a phone call from a salesperson who tried to talk me into purchasing more products or a service contract prior to "releasing my purchase" to be mailed to me. NOT GOOD.

Thank you for your kind support to buy the valued product at a nice price. And the gentleman on the phone helpmed me a lot to move forward in purchasing. Only one thing I recommend you to is adding a South Korea to the billing list.

I am so happy with my experience with 42nd Street Photo. I picked up the phone, told them what I wanted and within 3 days, I had it in my hand....and at the lowest price I might add! Truly a fabulous experience.
