Upper control has a black plastic cover. Other, for two lower lights, was askew and had no black cover. Reassembled, it works fine. Couldn't find a second black plastic cover. Supposed to have one? Looks a little tacky. Assembly otherwise easy.

Very satisfactory transaction. The lamps were exactly what they appeared to be on the website, the price was excellent and delivery was timely--can't ask for anything more.

The lamp was absolutely beautiful and since this was a Tiffany style, I was please to see it packed so well. Delivery was quick. I would recommend this site to anyone.

I was looking for C type bulbs. There was no info in the description as to B or c type. The bulb LOOKED like what I was looking for, so I ordered it. Turns out to be B's. As it happens the B is just a larger bulb,in my lamp this doesn't seem to...

Easy web site, fast ordering, phone chat didn't work. They are more expensive but reliable - probably a good tradeoff.
