Competitive price on the furniture item I had been looking for. There was some delivery confusion but the staff was very helpful in providing me with phone numbers to resolve the problem. Delivery driver was very kind and helpful as well.

The products and customer service at NBF are OUTSTANDING. I would recommend they find a new shipping company, as I've received 2 shipments both of which had damage.

The Chairs I ordered have not arrived yet. I don't know which email to respond to as they are not labeled with the actual product so I ordered 4 items and I have 4 shipping documents but I don't know which document goes with what product.
