Our mattress and boxsprings were delivered quickly after the order was placed. The frame was delivered 3 days later. The mattress is great and I love the shorter boxsprings. The mattress we ordered is much softer than our last one (as we hoped).

I have not received the goods fromo my order placed on 11/14. I contacted Customer Service to find out the sattus since the online site said that my order could not be found and asked for an update. Instead, I get this survey..

The box spring that we ordered came with the bottom cover ripped half way off. It was not secured very well. The quality did not look all that good, so it was ripped off in shipping.

Excellent job of shipping, but I didn't receive any info. I called CS to learn when I could expect delivery. The box was destroyed! Had it not been a mattress, I would not have accepted the package. This is probably just poor handling by UPS.

We are very satisfied with our new mattress and for a price you can't beat! The only thing that was a little below what we expected was the delivery which took 3 instead of 2 days.
