I ordered an anti-static wrist strap with my memory board order. The boards were included in the shipment, but the wrist strap was not.

The memory I purchased from the Memory Configurator on the website was not correct for the P6DBU SuperMicro m/b. I returned it via certified mail/return receipt. I have received the Return Receipt. I am waiting for the credit to be posted to my cc.

First of all I ordered memory for my computer.I ordered the wrong kind.So I called and talked to a technical support, and he walk me through the return process.Sent the right memory.Good experience overall
