Your first confirmation communication is confusing. It gives the impression that the credit card did not work. It shous be re-fraced or just confirm the order and say nothing about the credir card.

The shipment is a Christmas order and I was very happy with the quickness of delivery but as usual sometimes it is impossible to figure out where it is in the delivery. I am not dissapointed I am very pleased and hope he will enjoy his gift.

I requested next day delivery.There was a zip code problem. Instead of calling, an e-mail was sent for me to call concerning an order problem.I called the next day & answered the question. I lost a day so my order really was not delivered next day.

the person at cust serv had no idea of what I was trying to explain to him. I continued to ask for someone who spoke english as their primary language and he kept saing "I will help" and we got nowhere
