When I purchased the product, an auto-e-mail assured me that another e-mail would follow with the tracking information. It never came, althoguh I got an e-mail newsletter. I had to call by phone, and the person with whom I spoke was clearly annoyed.

The finish on the 5/8 ceiling support doesn't match with the shower curtain rod which are supposed to be brushed nickel. I purchased a heavy duty rod but the flange mounts were hollow die cast parts and not solid metal. The ceiling mount is rugged.

You not only had what I wanted, you had it at a reasonable price and got it to me almost before I realized I had placed the order. Well, I guess I exaggerate. Your turnaround time is excellent, nevertheless. Quite pleased.

My sink came with a piece of sandpaper but no instructions/explanations. It isn't porcelon so I assume it needs special cleaning?
