The first shipment of this order got lost. I am very happy with the way the company resolved the issue. If I ever receive the first shipment, I will send it back because it is the right thing to do.

Having problems installing this software. Once installed program does not perform as suspected. Believe it has something with my windows platform which is 7. Please advised the necessary department concerning this problem. Thank you.....

. Software I send my grandchildren, far away, Is for Mac or for unusual PC configuration and they can't use it. The requirements for software are not always clear to me. They live so far from me and they end up giving it away.

There was disappointment. I recieved a defective "Open Office". I cannot use it. A complaint was emailed and there has been no response for several weeks now from your organization.
