I ordered 3 "Troll Bead" bracelets but only received one. I hope the other tw arrive. Ishould call customer service to make sure they will come eventually.

The photos on the website look different than the items appear in person. I've not had this problem with any other company - only Palm Beach. Wish the photos were more realistic.

This is a great company! Everything I received exceeded my expectations. Even the free gifts were perfect. My Tennis bracelet is a knockout, admired everytime I wear it. The earings are beautiful, brilliant and sparkling.The ear pins are so unusual...

The item came in yellow gold not the rose gold I ordered. I was under the impression it would be in on Tuesday as I had ordered it on Sunday but it wasn't shipped on Monday as suggested. Since I paid for overnight shipping, it did arrive in time but...
