THEY CLAIMED THAT I OWED THEM AFTER TWO YEARS OF ORDERING. I NEVER RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT MY CARD WAS DECLINED AND NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY A BILL. I DON'T THINK SO, I KNOW MY BILL WAS PAID.

I love your jewelry and the flexibility of payments the disappointed was when I called cust svc to check if my return item was received and credited to my acct and the little brat that answered was sSsssooo unprofessional

Generally I was satisfied. My complaint is that we were suppsed to get free shipping. We wanted express shipping and pay the balane if possible. The company did not really respnd but simply sent it out regular without any real explaination.

I hope NEVER to order from PBJ again. I don't know who's reading the inscriptions I ordered, but they surely screwed it up good!
