Everything went fine when dealing with TIMBERLAND except the issue of the issue of discrepancy between delivery and billing addresses. This issue should be solved quickly for better performance and allowing further purchases.

product and pricing is fine. Fed Ex is stupid. I was surprised that the shoes were shipped to NY from California. I would think there would be other warehouse locations closer than 3000 mioles away.
