Enclosed in my order I received a coupon promo code for 15% off my next purchase of $40 or more and had a problem when entering it online- I called for assistance and we worked it out...

Sent items by Fed Expres to PO box. Fed Ex does not delvier to PO boxes. Never gave me the free shopping that was offered

Company late with shipping product, product shipped was packed really well but, arrived damaged. Company shipped damaged product to me. I would have passed over this piece in a retail establishment.

I paid $12 for overnight shipping because you do not price match your online price in store. Because my order was placed in the evening I expected it would take 1 extra day. It was several days before I received my product. I want my $12 back!
