I really looked forward to the Drinkwell article (plus accessories) as my cat likes to drink from the faucet. I am very disappointed that it has been set up for her now for a week and she hasn't tried it even once! Any tricks you know to encourage...

I was happy with my purchase BUT not the way it was packed. I found out that fed ex filled the order. There was no packing and the tins of cat food had crushed the pouches of cat food. an $80.00 order should be packed correctly.
