I purchased was a cast iron sink. When I ordered, I received a note 3-4 days after telling me that this item was now on back order. The goods would not arrive for at least one month, not the 8-10 days as promised.

Having used faucet direct numerous times, I am very disappointed in this purchase. What was delivered was not what I expected, product illustration was VERY misleading and I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee.

Thank you for your prompt delivery. We are waiting for the plumber to confirm that he can complete the installation. Thus, if there is a problem, we may end up having to return the product even though we absolutely love it.

This started with Faucet Directs system not accepting one of their own coupons. An e-mail to customer service has never received a response. I had to phone customer service to get the order placed (good service). No tracking number was ever...

The Kohler Kitchen Faucet that we ordered #690, is exactly what we anticipated! It's great! And "Faucet Direct" is a very hard "act" to follow! It was in stock,..and delivered exactly on time,...."fast!!!!
