I just though by the picture the colors would of been a little brighter on the ornament I bought. My daughter-in-law liked it anyway.

I have not opened the package since it is a gift. Hopefully it will satisfy the person receiving the gift and I will not have to return it.

Product is excellent. Problem w/debit card going through their system. Having to mail a check-inconvenient. I had enough money to cover this purchase when ordered, shipped & after so I still don't know what caused the problem. Look at your payment...

I have already sent in a concern about the poor availability of items in the Holiday pattern and the lack of knowledge that your customer support employees had. They don't know when items will be available and didn't seem interested in researching...
