dont like that you have to pay upfront for postage to return an item that was defective. it cost $15 ups to return one lasagna pan.glaze was bubbled and it should have been noticed before shipping. not horrible, but i saw it immediatly
I only received 3 of the 4 bowls I ordered and paid for. No one answers your customer service line, so I left a message and have not received a return phone call.
