I was thrilled with my Mikasa on-line order experience! One of the pieces was defective and, when contacted, the customer service rep was courteous and immediately took care of replacing it. I will definitely use the site to order further Mikasa...

dont like that you have to pay upfront for postage to return an item that was defective. it cost $15 ups to return one lasagna pan.glaze was bubbled and it should have been noticed before shipping. not horrible, but i saw it immediatly

I purchased my Mikasa Italian Countryside dishes about 15 years ago. I have a set for 8 with all of the matching pieces. This is the first time I have had to replace dinner and salad plates. I love the simplicity of the design and enjoy using it...
