I rec'd two extra lights. Customer service told me I had to box them up, print labels, and take them to a Fed Ex drop off. I found that to be quite presumptious since I didn't make the mistake.

I had to order the light fixture on another computer as this computer continued to show the normal price even though you advertised the item at 99 dollars. There was no way to change the 200+ price.

I have made many lighting purchases for outdoor and indoor remodeling. When a product was received damaged, I had a prompt resolution of the situation. The return of an item no longer required, I received credit with minimal hassle.
