As stated before and I'll state it again. Vermont Teddy Bear Co. is by far the best online purchase experience I have ever had. This is my 4th purchase and each one has been smooth, easy, and top of the line. I am very pleased with VTB

I paid for overnight delivery.The next afternoon I had to call customer support. I was told there is a cut-off time that overnight orders must be called-in by.There is NO mention of this online, i went back to that page and read it again.

The box was left in a big puddle in our driveway. We have a covered front porch but the delivery person left it in front of our garage door and usually I would have just backed out and I would've driven over the box.
