Ad says iTouch charger, case and engraving are free. Engraving free other 2 items rebate. Must submit bar codes to claim rebate. Tacky to give gift with pkg cut, must wait till xmas. Out $28.00 for 6 weeks to submit, 4-6 weeks after for money.

PURCHASED TWO ITOUCH MP3'S,GIFTS I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE ENGRAVING I PUT ON THE ORDER WHAT I WANTED ENGRAVED ON EACH ONE, YOU ALL ENGRAVED THE SAME THING ON BOTH, NOW ITS SO HARD CONTACTING A LIVE PERSON

Thanks Mac Mall for offering shipping options to Alaska other then FedEx or UPS sometimes shipping by Priority Mail is much more cost effective. I will always check Mac Mall for my needs while shopping.

I ordered 3 items, 2 came separately & the other has STILL NOT been received. I have received NO follow up to notify me of the back order or anticipated delivery date of the item.
