I thought the magnolias would be big like the ones I have at home. And I wanted big ones for my xmas tree since it is a 9 ft tree. Now I have to figure something out to fill in the rest of the tree.

I was a little disappointed with the flowers I order were not discribe as being made of a velvet material. I was really not looking for velvet because I plan to use these outside, but I will use with them because of the quality of the flowers.

I'm satisfied with all aspects of your service/products, etc....the only complaint I have would be price related. Some of the items are a bit high and with shipping added on...I'm limited to what I can buy.

I was very happy with the variety of gerbera daisies and prices and pleased with the shipping. My concern, which almost prevented me from purchasing, was the slowness of the website and the need to push refresh so often to make the pages load.

i did receive a spray that was to lengthen the life of the flowers. I sparyed in on and it ruined the flowers. It make a grey sticky coating on all the flowers. A floral did give me a refund.

The floral holders were very nice. The ferns were not as nice as pictured. They are too fuzzy. Also some of the stems were not full. One stem contained only 3 branches. I did like the assortment of items.
