I had to pay £12 import duty! If this had been ticked as 'a gift' on the box i would not have had to pay this. surely you should be aware of this when posting? thanks

Freshpair.com is an awesome online shopping location. The variety and quality of products is very high. The website was easy to navogate and very user friendly. The shipping to Canada took a while, once my order did arrive I was completely satisfied!

I got an e-mail later that said something I ordered was no longer available. I was given a $5.00 off a $50.00 order offer for next time. I go to the website and see that offer is available no matter what. Thanks for nothing!
