Although my order was successfully processed - I also wanted several other items (router bits) that I needed customer support. Unfortunately after several attempts, i did not get the information I needed.

I'm not sure if the item not shipped will ship seperate or not at all (ie, no longer stocked.) I found the packing receipt confusing.

I would prefer to purchase items at the store with these special prices, if the store stocks the item. The stores should have the same low prices as the internet, if the item is a store stocked item.

I've always had good success with Rockler. I've been pleased with the website, the service, the merchandise, and the shipping. I've never had to return anything, due to good descriptions of items. I have and will again recommend Rockler.
