I ordered a battery powered embossing tool and a mat on which to do the embossing. First time I tried it ripped the 40g metal and punched a hole in the pad. The one thing that really bothered me was no 800 tel no for customer support -- so I had to...

The cost of "shipping & handling" ($7.48)was more than I expected it to be. I bought a very SMALL item (Rotring Artist Pen), which could have been shipped in an strong, small envelope, rather than a box, and at regular postage rates.
