I returned the shoes, but have not received confirmation that they were received. I then reordered the same shoes in a smaller size, but have not yet received them and when I go to tracking, I'm told tracking is not available. I deliberately...

The socks I ordered claim to fit sizes 8-10.5. I wear an 8.5-9 size shoe and the heel of the sock comes up to my ankle. I am reserving judgement until I wash them. At this time they seem way too big.

I have not received my order as of this AM. Dispite being sent an email telling me my order had shipped, I have been able to track the package because the link is "broken." When I log on to the company website there is no record of any order at...
