I did not appreciate the way they handled a defective item: I've gotten no apologies, no refund, or no substitute for more than 2 weeks after item was returned.

The internal packaging was broken when product arrived. However, I was able to use by blowing off the peanut dust.

Supermedia store is great, products are great, shipping time is great - BUT, Fed Ex delivered to my neighbor, 2 doors down; GO BACK TO UPS!!!!
