my only issue was talking to the rep. must have been a call cneter in india?? lots of backround noise, man had to repeat things!!

Terrible support personnel. Very difficult to understand because of their broken English. One support person hung up on me because information could not be understood by support and/or would not listen to what I was trying to get across the return...

Somehow, my order was shipped in a way that the transport company said it would take days fewer to get to me than I expected, and it came late in the day the day the transportation company said, which was 3 days sooner than I expected. Bizrate...

Great product. Got it on sale plus a coupon discount. Always look for coupons before buying -- they are on the website. Really like the monitor; the USB ports were essential to my envoronment.

This purchase was made with a gift card that I received for purchasing my Dell last December. It would be difficult to complain about receiving my recent order for FREE. Very happy Dell customer!!!
