I have ordered on 12th night and received items on 16th. It is unbelievable because I am living in northern island in Japan. Normally it takes at least two full day even in Japan.

I placed this order on a Friday night, payed for 2 day air and got the order on Tuesday. So, I got the order in a timely manner. Regular orders are too slow, slower than they were two years ago. This seems true of Performance Bike, Nash Bar and...

The order had a status of OnHold for many days. When I got tired of waiting I rang customer service. The the order was on hold for CC verification because I was overseas. This should have been reflected in the status so it could have been resolved...
