Buying from JensonUSA is great for me but has two draw-backs; 1. the unavailability of some products to be sent to Australia & 2. the cost of postage to Australia ... both inhibit more frequent purchases.

When I bought the bike I was told it would take up to 7 days to ship because of order volume and because it required a "pro bike build." wouldn't be an issue if the build quality was "pro". It wasn't. Front derailleur badly out of adjustment, wheels...
