I paid extra on shipping and my package did not arrive in time for my daughters birthday. I was very disappointed. you did refund my money for the shipping, but like I said my daughter did not receive it in time for her birthday.

Placed order on 11/4 stated I would receive my order by 11/6 - I paid expedited fees. I did not receive on the 6th and customter service personnel said I should receive it on Sat. the 7th. I did not receive then either.

my order was places on a Wednesday afternoon before five o'clock. I did not recieve my package until Today at 3:45 pm. This is not what I consider 2nd day delivery.

Yours is one of the most of the most difficult sites to navigate. Very confusing. In order to check on the status of an order, you must go through an entire form every time. The agent to whom I spoke directly was rude and condescending. Never...
