I still have recieved item number104163001. zit wad suppost to be delivered to my daughter at 8436 Hawks Nets Dr. Ft Worth Tx 76131. She still hasn't recived it. Will you please let me know where this order is standing.Caroline Smith.

IN PERSON IT DOES NOT REFLECT THE QUALITY IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE. LOOKS LIKE JUST ANY OLE NECKLACE,NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF BRADFORD EXCHANGE QUALITY. SORRY,THAT'S JUST MY OPINION.

I paid extra on shipping and my package did not arrive in time for my daughters birthday. I was very disappointed. you did refund my money for the shipping, but like I said my daughter did not receive it in time for her birthday.

Placed order on 11/4 stated I would receive my order by 11/6 - I paid expedited fees. I did not receive on the 6th and customter service personnel said I should receive it on Sat. the 7th. I did not receive then either.
