the order arrived and it contained the wrong parts. I called and left a message with NTD, no response. I finally called them and talked to Bob. He stated that a return authorization would be sent to me, however, after 3 hrs nothing has arrived.

They charged shipping AFTER processing order on my credit card. I emailed to inform that this was illegal and they removed the shipping charge. Should just show shipping charges first. This is not the only online store with this hidden shipping...

The item was a gift which arrived after the birthday...your website indicated that there wouldn't be a problem with delivery, so I was dissappointed with that aspect.

They have received the returned item however I still have not received my credit that I was promised. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge if I do not see a credit by Tuesday, Oct 13.

I would have preferred to be able to order only the earpiece replacement for my Plantronics S12. I had to order the entire headset.

When I ordered the item there was no indication that it was back ordered. It caused some inconvenience to receive the item later then expected especially considering the high s@h charge.
