i ordered a 60" lightbar for my truck. when i recieved it some of the lights were burntout. i called customer service and got a return lable in about five minutes. the exchange process could'nt of been easier. . thank you jcwhitney

I called to a return product,it was wrong size!!! was told not to ship it back.and received credit.I've abeen a customer of JCW since the 70s,this is just a thank you.

I like shopping on line with JCWhitney, the chat feature is outstanding. Sometimes however I like reading the magazine and which I could thumb through the pages on line in stead of already knowing what I want.

I was charged more then what the reciept printed when I was done shopping. I didnt get the discount that the reciept showed. Called 3 times to find out why and what the was going to do. They was to refund difference and havent yet.

I have not received the items i purchased due to back order status. I am still waiting. The vehicle the items were for was wrecked in a traffic accident. If the vehicle is totaled i plan to return the items for a credit or refund.

I did not receive any acknowledgment of my order. I did not receive any response to my inquiry about my order. The first I heard about 3 weeks after I placed it was a cancellation notice from JCW.
