Placed a 2nd order & wanted to check store hours before finalizing, but then lost connection. When called cust service, they were unable to see order but store had order. Almost ordered thru another store because store where ordered now showed...

Battery installation was fast. However, I asked that the power be retained for the radio and the power failed. Had to find and use my radio code to restore radio.

Great experience, just wasn't informed there was two different brake systems for my vehicle and had to return the brake pads and get a heavy duty version, which they only had the premium version in stock, but it worked out better in the long run...
