Shipping via US mail probably would have been faster, and it would have been much cheaper - you should consider offering this shipping method for smaller purchases. UPS took 6 days and cost almost as much as the merchandise I purchased.

I contacted the customer service number for Filmtools and left a message for someone to return my call and no one ever did. However, the product did arrive on time which is what I was calling about.

Filmtools has many of the products I need. Since we make very low budget movies It would help to have more specials, close-outs etc...

With a $25 shipping charge and a $30 brokerage fee, the economics are not very good on an order under $300 to Canada. USPS to Canada is good or FedEx Inter Priority are good alternatives.
