I used the live chat function to have them verify the color of the swimsuit to be blue, not black. I THOUGHT that this was great to be able to chat and find out answers right away.Turned out it was black, not blue. Disappointed

Not happy with shipping charges,for that reason I may not order more merchandise.If Bealls should allow pick up mail orders at their stores.If that were the case, I would order frequently.I love Bealls when I shop there-just not mailorder...

The particular brand of shoe was too small, although I ordered the size I always wear. I returned them to the store. When I reordered them online, it said I had to pay the postage. I don't think I should have to.

The description of the pants I purchased was not clear regarding short or long rise. Had I known that the pants had a short rise, I would not have purchased them. As a result, I purchased 2 different sizes needlessly.

The sweaters I ordered from Bealls were beautiful and fit perfectly. The bras were for my mother and I knew I was taking a chance of her not liking them. Thank you for your friendly support.
