Love the vacuum. Vacuum arrived on time & in good condition. The only thing I am not pleased with is the hose on the Vacuum does not fit tightly. The hose hangs when I vacuum which appears that it is stretched out.

Order was not received in a timely manner, but United Vacuum must have been on top of things when they did not receive my delivery confirmation. They then sent the item out. It only took two weeks after the order was placed.

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering my steam cleaner and the price was the best I could find. The cleaner arrived even more quickly than expected. I will do business with United Vacuum again.
