I wrote several emails trying to determine if the order was received and when it was going to ship. Absolutely no response until the day it arrived at my house.

Autobarn never replied to a customer service form submitted on the web site. Whe live chat was used I was told to call and the person on the phone was the same person in the chat, very rude and made me feel like I was lucky they let me order.

Website said item was in stock but when I received email confirmation, status was "drop ship". After 10 days I emailed to see when my order would be shipped (I had a deadline.) Apparently they could not meet my deadline and canceled the order.

SLOW TO SHIP. Have recieved items from another online parts supplier 3days sooner,was needing these parts asap. no online tracking number was ever sent to me.

After I placed my order it said that my products would be processed and shipped within two days. That did not happen for over a week. And I was not notified about the delay until I inquired. I should have been kept updated on the process.
