It is not easy to figure out what the prescription numbers are to order glasses. I ordered 2 other glasses that did not work and finally ordered by phone. The Customer Service Rep was very helpful and ordered for me.

Third time ordering from Zenni. Always great glasses for an incredible price. They even had my much loved frames from 2006 as backstock and I was able to get them to change my lenses into. They did forget the tool to change lenses however. Have...

the cylinder degrees of the glasses are wrong by 6 degree. In an optical shop that would not pass. If I oreder again I will remind you to be very careful with the eyes dioptrie.

I'm okay with the cheap frames--not an issue, but the prescription is a bit lacking. I can see that there are bits of clarity but it doesn't seem to be NEARLY as good as my regular glasses. I have to look hard to find clarity--it doesn't come...

I simply cannot beleve how fast we got our order and how it was an exact fit,no hassle no problems when we get our glasses from the optrician it requires at least 2-3 visits to make the glasses fit right and comfortable with zenni- right out the box...

PD measurements not clear. Wrote an eMail inquiry, got no response. Glasses got ordered and delivered anyway and we must have gotten lucky with the PD, because she loves them
