I was very disappointed with Music123 and the way my order was handled. The item I purchased was backordered, which I completely understand. However, the original ship date came and went. And I contacted customer support, they told me it was pushed...

the fact that music123 had a restriction on the delivery address of my package, I was unable to redirect my delivery to another address and therefore had to go to the ups warehouse to pickup and ended up waiting 2hrs due to ups only having one...

Your company did not deliver what was ordered as one of the package with drum sticks was missing one of the sticks. It took too much time to convince an employee that your company had done the mistake.
