The prices are good. The delivery is VERY fast. Most products are what I expected based on the description on-line.

Everything was fine except the box that the guitar came in had a big gash ripped in it. I wasn't to pleased about that when I opened the outside box. The guitar seemed fine though so I guess no harm done, but it still should not have been that way.

I waited over one week for the order to ship and it never did. Canceled order. Telephone support was pleasant and helpful. However, there are too many other more reliable on-line music stores to deal with Music123 again. Musicians Friend next time!

I would like to buy another guitar but, I can buy it at a 35.00 lower price at another place of business. I would have had the credit applied to the other unit to buy and, will now also if someone will contact me.

I have been buying my daughter's clarinet reeds from Music123 for 3 years now. Very good price (much better than our local music store), fast delivery and the website is easy to navigate.

Product (Gallien-Krueger NEO Speaker) always ships with special (4-c Speakon $40+ to replace) cable. I did not receive one. Three times so far staff have told me that GK doesn't include cable.
