I WAS SATISFIED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SEEMS THE US MAIL SCREWED UP SOMEWHERE. I RECEIVED MY CIGARS,JUST LATE. DO NOT KNOW IF I RECEIVED ORIGINAL PACKAGED OR YOU SENT ME THE BACKUP. THANK YOU

Famous Smoke Shop is hands down the best in the industry!!! They always provide the best selection, best product, best pricing, and fastest delivery. Most times I place an order and it's at my door the NEXT day!!! I LOVE Famous and will not shop...
