I did not expect blouses to all be so sheer as to need tanks or elaborate camisoles in order to wear them at all. They are lovely, though, and I do not intend to return them.

I was sent an entirely different dress than the one that I ordered . I was very dissatisfied . I do enjoy shopping at Loehmann's but I do not think I will ever order online from then again . Paula Ventura.

I ordered and received two items. I am returning one of the items because I did not like the quality of the dress I ordered. I am very happy with the walking shorts and intend to purchase online another pair in a different color. Thx, Margo...

I returned in store which was easy. However, I had THE WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life of shopping. I will never shop at the Loehmanns near the Beverly Center in LA ever again just because of this one experience.

the only problem I had was with the website. It wasn't working properly when I looked the first time and I had to return later to actually place the order.
