Would like to see Free return shipping similar to Zappos if I need to return an item (within reason).Also do not like "free gifts" with purchase. I realize it's an easy way of cleaning out your warehouse but the items are generally low quality and...

It would have been perfect but the guitar had damage I wasn't expecting and has since developed a problem with its middle pickup.The support team kindly refunded me an amount I hope will cover fixing this problem.
