The water fillters seem to be working fine. But the air filters have a serious problem. First the actual filter material is not the same as OEM. Secondly only ONE side of the air filter container/box has a perferated removable panel. The back...

The product that was shipped was not the one pictured in the advertisement. It was similar but not equal in quality. Customer service explained that the manufacturer had discontinued the original item, but the new (inferior) item's picture was not...
