I love hot topic. They have never let me down. Favorite store. Right now, with no effort, 2 parts of my outfit are from there. Some days it's more. Every day it's something. Hot Topic = My wardrobe.

Inconsistent sizing on certain brands and not sure how to exchange/return. High cost of shipping makes me not want to bother. Size 3 pants were much smaller than second pair of size three by the same brand and don't fit at all.

First saw the item in the store and wouldve been cheaper there and shippng made it more but was worth not having to drive to the closest one to me. (2 hours) and take a chance that store may not have it. Everything went smooth

I could not track my order outside of Australia. Express shipping came as priority.One item was cancelled buts shipping were not reduced.
