Beach Camera advertised this very hard to get item (Canon 5D Mark III) in advance of most stores and shipped within three days of my order. It was exactly as advertised, w/ a U.S. warranty. Even w/ free shipping, it arrived in two days.

Product arrived on time, but in damaged condition. The shipping box was punctured and wrinkled. The damage extended to inside Sony box. The single air cushion pillow was ruptured and flat. The camera was not functional, lens cover would not open and...

The shipping box containing our order was broken into. The package containing our order had been opened. The contents had been put back into the package in a haphazard effort. The instruction manual is missing. I do not know if the camera we ordered...
