I have a problem with all lipstick shades turning to red. AT YSL I finally found the right color that does not change, pink #22 of the Fard Rouge Pur. I thought I would try another color #19. I have found that only the pink #22 stays the correct...

IT WAS MY MOM'S 77TH BIRTHDAY AND SHE LOVES YOUR PRODUCTS! A YEAR OR SO AGO I WENT TO NORDSTOMS TO BUY HER THE OPIUM POWDER AND WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER MAKE IT. SHE WAS THRILLED WHEN I GOT THE POWDER FROM YOU AS WELL AS THE PARFUME. I'LL BE BACK...

Called because it was cancelled. The customer representive had the wrong phone number for me, the order was cancelled. This was a birthday gift for someone else and now they will not be getting it for another 8 to 10 days. I will not order from this...
