For 2 or 3 years I buy cigars with various merchants.Neptune cigars are the best,and a member of staf speake perfectly french.Depuis 2 /3 ans j'ai acheté des cigares aux Etats Unis.Le meilleur service est celui de Neptune Cigars..et en plus...
