Would have appreciated a notification that one item in my order was back-ordered and would not be shipped until June. I thought they just never sent the item...until I found my way to the "order status" page in my account...

My only negative comment is regarding the packaging. I received three separate huge boxes for very small items. It was a huge waste of postage and paper.
